Randy Kotler

Randy Kotler serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Stanley Martin Homes, one of the largest homebuilders in the United States, based in Reston, Virginia. Since joining the company in 2014, Randy has been responsible for overseeing accounting, financing, treasury, and financial reporting functions. Additionally, Randy plays a key role in leading the company's mergers and acquisitions activities.

Prior to joining Stanley Martin, Randy spent over 13 years in accounting and financial leadership roles within both publicly traded and private homebuilding and real estate companies. He also spent 12 years as an auditor with international public accounting firms, specializing in the real estate industry.

Randy is a certified public accountant and an active member of the Urban Land Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Florida State University.
