Hugo Gilbert 

Hugo Gilbert led Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington, DC retail platform, providing brokerage services for some of the region’s most prominent retail opportunities and tenants throughout the Washington and Baltimore market. Mr. Gilbert provides private and institutional owners leasing and consulting services on urban retail properties and ground-up development. He assists his clients throughout the leasing process, including project design, merchandising, financial analysis, and transaction negotiation. In addition to representing leading real estate owners, Mr. Gilbert also works with retailers and restaurants in determining and pursuing their real estate objectives.
