Steve Carboni 

Steve is the Senior VP at Rappaport and provides direct oversight and management of the team responsible for leasing Rappaport’s portfolio of approximately 50 shopping centers located throughout D.C., Maryland and Virginia.  As SVP, he oversees lease negotiations, plans and develops leasing strategies, assists with tenant recruitment and works with the executive team on new acquisitions.  Prior to joining Rappaport, Steve was Director of Asset Management for Washington REIT (NYSE: WRE) where he oversaw a 2.8M-square-foot, 32-property portfolio comprised of commercial office and medical properties located throughout the D.C. market.
