Providing Professional Oversight to the Financial Planning Curriculum

The Financial Planning and Wealth Management Advisory Board identifies opportunities for enhanced student and faculty development.

The board is comprised of George Mason University alumni, business professionals, individual supporters, and faculty. As a group, the board works to give back to the community; support financial education; share expertise with the next generation of leaders; create a legacy of financial literacy for unique populations such as first generation students; expand students' networks with like-minded professionals; enhance company recognition; and maintain and encourage student engagement with Mason's Certified Financial Planner Board-certified program.
